Reservation and Booking Cancellation

Cancellations by Customers: If you need to cancel your reservation or booking for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Free cancellation before 72 hours of check in time specified in website.
• No refund after 72 hours of check in time specified in website.

No Shows: If you fail to arrive at the camp on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, it may lead to the forfeiture of your reservation, and no refunds will be provided.
